Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creator Valley (creatorvalley.co). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Creator Valley provides link-in-bio pages, portfolios and invoice generation for creators and creative freelancers. The service is currently free while in early access; paid features may be introduced later with clear notice.

Invoices and tax

• Creator Valley formats invoices according to common conventions for your selected country (e.g. ABN and GST fields in Australia, PAN and VAT in Nepal). This is formatting assistance, not tax, legal or accounting advice.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, including tax registration status, tax identifiers, rates applied, amounts and bank details.
• Payment happens directly between you and your client. Creator Valley does not process, hold or transfer money and is not a party to your client agreements.

Your content

• You own what you upload. You grant us the license needed to host and display it as the service requires (e.g. showing your portfolio on your public page).
• You must have the rights to content you upload, and your username and content must not impersonate others or infringe trademarks.
• No unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, and no use of the service to send spam or fraudulent invoices.

Accounts

• Keep your email account secure — sign-in links sent to it grant access to your Creator Valley account.
• We may reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading or infringe on others’ rights.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is” while in early access. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. On deletion, your public page stops resolving and your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
