01Does Creator Valley process payments?+
No. Your invoice carries your own bank details and your client pays you directly, into your account. Creator Valley never holds, moves or touches the money, and never takes a cut — $0 commission, now and always.
02What if I'm not registered for GST?+
Then there's no tax line — nothing to turn off, nothing to explain. Your invoice lists what you did and what it costs, and that's it. If you register later, add your details once and every new invoice carries them.
03What happens at my third invoice?+
Nothing breaks. Drafts still save, every invoice you've already sent stays live at its link, and resending one is always free. The fourth send of the month simply waits — for next month, or for Pro.
04Will free stop being free?+
The Free plan stays. New features will land on Pro; nothing you have today is taken away. Free to start means exactly that — no card, no trial timer, no clock running in the background.
05Can I cancel Pro?+
Any time. Cancel from Manage subscription — or from the App Store, if you subscribed on iPhone — and Pro runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Recurring invoices pause rather than vanish, and pick up again if you come back.
